Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. Here's exactly what that means and doesn't mean.
What an affiliate link is
When you click certain links on Reel Cross Check and go on to open an account with the operator, that operator may pay us a commission. The link carries a tracking code so the operator can tell the sign-up came from us. You never pay more because of that code, and it has no effect on any offer you receive.
Which links are affiliate links
Any link that takes you to an operator's own site — the buttons marked "Visit" on an operator card, for example — is an affiliate link and is labelled with "Ad" alongside the standard 18+ and terms-apply note. Links to regulators, charities and support organisations such as GAMSTOP or GamCare are never affiliate links; we don't earn anything from those.
Does commission affect the ranking?
No. Every operator on this site is scored against the same eight criteria regardless of whether we have a commercial relationship with them. We'd rather drop a partner from the list than publish a score we don't stand behind, and the order you see reflects our own testing, not payment terms.
Independence
Reel Cross Check is independently run. We are not owned by, and have no editorial arrangement with, any operator, regulator, or gambling industry body. Nothing here should be read as advice from, or on behalf of, the UK Gambling Commission or any operator listed.
